By accessing GetSMS.uk you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site. We may update these terms at any time; continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

2. What the service is

GetSMS.uk provides free, shared, temporary phone numbers whose incoming SMS messages are displayed publicly on this website. The service requires no account and is funded by advertising. Numbers rotate and availability is not guaranteed.

3. Acceptable use

You may use the numbers for lawful, low-stakes verification purposes — signing up for apps, websites, trials and tests. You are solely responsible for how you use the service and for complying with the terms of any third-party service you verify against.

4. Prohibited use

You must NOT use GetSMS.uk numbers for:

• Any illegal activity, fraud, harassment, or impersonation.
• Banking, payment, government, medical or other sensitive accounts.
• Receiving messages containing other people's personal data.
• Circumventing bans or sanctions imposed by other services where doing so is unlawful.
• Automated scraping or bulk harvesting of the site's content.

5. No privacy in messages

Every message received by our numbers is public and visible to all visitors. Do not send, or cause to be sent, anything private or personal to our numbers. Messages and numbers are periodically deleted as numbers rotate.

6. No warranties

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that any number will receive any particular message, that codes will arrive in time, or that a third-party service will accept our numbers.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GetSMS.uk and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from your use of the service — including lost accounts, lost data, or losses caused by third parties reading public messages.

8. Third-party services

Verifying against a third-party service is subject to that service's own terms. Some services prohibit virtual numbers; using our numbers there may violate their terms and is at your own risk.

9. Advertising

The site displays advertising served by Google AdSense and its partners. Ad content is provided by third parties and does not constitute our endorsement. See the Privacy Policy for cookie details.

10. Termination & changes

We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice, including removing numbers from rotation and blocking abusive traffic.
